Meantime (Ch. Keller/ M. Keller/ J.-M. Peyer) They believe what they see and they believe what they hear It doesn't matter where they got it from They are easy to please and they are easy to see not matter for them if they get it wrong
They need a bottle of beer, a box of popcorn, (aummmmm) they'll be happy for an hour or two If you tell them it's wrong and what they better should do get angry, would start dissing you So in the meantime You'd better hang on (mean meantime) So in the meantime It's better writing a song Cause in the meantime (in the meantime) You could get crazy too They think very different, differently than you If you tell them the truth, if you tell them whats wrong They don't even believe their eyes If you act like clown and if you play a different sound There's nearly nothing that you can do right If you tell them to move they would just stand still (aummmm) As long as the lights turned off They don't realise, that humans can think And besides, they don't know who's above They can't imagine, not being here alone In the whole wide universe But that is the point of view that has to be changed And that ist the crux of the curse So in the meantime You'd better hang on (mean - meantime) So in the meantime It's better writing a song Cause in the meantime You could get crazy too They think very different, something else than you (they think different)
